Find Your Sunlight helps people and organizations find the light that fuels their growth, hope, and joy.

A walk. A song. A friend who makes you laugh. The work that makes you lose track of time.
Most of us know what our Sunlight is. We've just stopped making room for it. Fifteen minutes a day is enough to change how you feel, how you work, and how you show up for the people who need you most.

"I was in Turbo mode for twenty years. Then my health collapsed."
I survived a refugee camp as a child, earned a scholarship to Harvard, wrote a memoir that sold 500,000 copies, and built a company that trained millions of students. Then eczema covered my body and I couldn't sleep, work, or think. Getting better forced me to find what had been missing: Sunlight.
Today I lead Find Your Sunlight. I live outside Chicago with my wife and four kids, I've coached more than ten seasons of youth sports, and I'm still trying to hit a golf ball straight, which is one of my favorite Sunlight activities. More at mawi.com
